Do you have cash tied up in multiple projects?  Need to consolidate and pull out cash to use elsewhere?

We offer a Portfolio Refinance Loan package. Typically, we can package up to 10 houses into one loan. The minimum loan amount is $50k with an As-Is-Value of $100k per asset when cross-collateralizing 2 or more properties.

General Guidelines

  • Rates START at 6.25%
  • 30-year loans, fixed for 5, 7, or 10 years
  • Interest only for fixed period
  • Minimum FICO = 600
  • Max LTV 75% – 80% (Purchase, Rate & Term, Cash-Out)
  • Property Types = SFR, 2-4 units, Condos, PUD’s, Townhomes
  • Loans to Individuals or Entities
  • Non-owner occupied only
  • Stabilized rental properties (leased or soon-to-be leased)
  • Bank Statements only / no personal income verification
  • No DTI requirements
  • Non-Recourse available
  • Minimal DSCR requirements
  • Loan Amounts = $100k – $10MM
