• Max LTV: Up to 75% of the stabilized value
• Minimum $500K to Maximum $2M

Portfolio Pro Loan – For investors with larger portfolios looking for the best rate possible and non-recourse options.

• 5 and 10-Year Fixed Rate
• 30-Year Amortizations or Interest Only
• Max LTV: Up to 75% Purchase /Refinance
• Minimum $1M to Maximum $50M
